The MenaML Winter School is committed to respecting your privacy. We exclusively use the personal information we collect to provide you with the services you request. 

More specifically, the data collected will be used to process the application, select the participants for the school, and, for those who are admitted, communicate with the participant for purposes strictly related to the current edition of the MenaML Winter School. The data collected in this application will be stored securely on Google Drive and accessed only by the school's organizers. If and only if a participant has explicitly requested so in the application form, we will share the CV (but no other personal data) with sponsors for recruitment purposes.

You always remain in control of your data, and you can request the permanent deletion of all your personal data held by the MenaML Winter School by writing an email to contact@mena.ml

If no such request is received, all your personal data will be permanently deleted within 6 months from the end of the 2025 edition of the MenaML Winter School, except for the aggregate and anonymous statistics that will be retained and used solely for statistical purposes.
